Develop four disease models
Main objective: Development of a microsimulation model for coronary heart disease, type 2 diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic kidney disease. This will allow the testing of the cost-effectiveness of interventions to prevent, screen and treat each of the chronic diseases.
